On 12th February, 2022, organ donation and transplantation session was conducted by Mr. Jagdish at Social Service Superintendent office, Sassoon Hospital, Pune.
The session was conducted for MSW students who were doing their internship at Sassoon Hospital. The main aim of this session was to introduce the concept of organ donation and its importance in India and to sensitize them about organ donation so that they can create awareness about organ donation to the general public.
Mr. Jagdish introduced MOHAN Foundation and its role in organ donation and it's activities.
He then discussed the following topics about organ donation
5 participants participated in the session, all 5 of them took pledge to donate their organs.
