On 18th July 2021, Mr. Bulu Behera, Transplant Coordinator of MOHAN Foundation, virtually interacted in a 45-minute session with around 43 students studying law at the Law College in Dighori, Nagpur. The session was organized by Mrs. Megha Dharkar, a professor at the college who introduced Mr. Behera to the students at the start of the session.
Mr. Behera the gave information about organ donation and transplantation; brain death and the tissues and organs that can be donated after brain death and natural death; ethics in organ donation; and the transplant law.
Around 15 students expressed their willingness to sign up as organ donors and Mrs. Dharkar thanked Mr. Behera and the students.
