MOHAN Foundation has been gifted 10,000 sq. ft of land in the heart of Chennai close to Koyambedu Metro Station, by Daya Sadan Charitable Trust to construct “MOHAN DayaSadan Gift of Life Centre”.

Starting 2021, MOHAN Foundation aspires to build four floors building consisting of

• One floor of dialysis centre to cater to economically underprivileged patients receive free/subsidized dialysis
• One floor of pathology laboratory for organ failure and transplant recipients to receive all pathology tests at a subsidized cost
• One floor consisting of state-of-the-art training centre with auditorium, lecture rooms, conference room and a preview room
• One floor consisting of a research centre to perform social research that will enable us to engage with community in understanding their knowledge and attitude towards organ donation and transplantation. In addition, community programs for prevention of kidney diseases will also be undertaken.

A total 25,000 sq.ft will be constructed area spread over 4 floors. The total cost of the building is estimated to be Rs. 8 Crores. (USD 1.1 Million)

We appeal to philanthropic individuals, organizations and Foundations to donate as much as your generosity permits.

Following are the different categories of contribution:

Be a “Platinum Sponsor” through a sponsorship of one floor of the building at Rs. 2 Crores (USD 270,000)
The entire floor will be named after the donor.

Be a “Gold Sponsor” through a sponsorship of one wing in one of the floors at Rs. 1 Crore (USD 135,000)
The Wing will be named after the donor.

Be a “Silver Sponsor” through a sponsorship of one of the following at Rs. 50 Lakhs (USD 67,000)
The Lecture hall, Research centre, Auditorium, Dialysis Room to be named after the sponsors.

Be a “Bronze Sponsor” through a sponsorship of one room at Rs. 25 Lakhs (USD 35,000)

Please donate any amount from Rs.5000 to 10 Lakhs – The names of all Donors will appear on the “Gift of Life Wall of Honour”.
