Vikasa Taragani, an active cultural group formed with the blessings of Sri Sri Sri Tridandi Sriman Narayana Ramanuja Chinna Jeeyar Swamiji that promotes healthy living with a spiritual touch, conducted an awareness session at Rajam, Srikakulam as a part of the Swamiji’s initiative to spread awareness among the population on organ donation in association with MOHAN Foundation on 30th December 2014.
There were more than 200 participants that have actively participated in the session and a rally was conducted in Rajam to spread awareness on organ donation which included college students and school students. All the participants were distributed donor cards, family donor cards, information brochures and activity reports of MOHAN Foundation.
We thank Shri. T.T.K. Ramana Murty garu and other members of Vikasa Tarangini – Rajam for organizing such an event and also thank the local MLA, Shri. K. Jogulu for launching a joint pamphlet of MOHAN Foundation and Vikasa Tarangini to promote organ donation.
