As part of the organ donation week celebrations, three landmark, archeological buildings in Rajasthan – Amber Fort, Hawa Mahal and Albert Hall were lit up green on 28th November 2019 in support of the cause. Lighting up tourist attractions such as these that receive nearly 1000 tourists a day, helps in spreading the message of organ donation far and wide.
The Navjeevan team of MOHAN Foundation Jaipur Citizen Forum (MFJCF) was instrumental in making this possible along with the Department of Tourism and Art and Culture. This is the second consecutive time that the state has managed to achieve this feat.
