Dentistree – Expert Dental Care, is an organization with established chain of Dental Centres in and around Chennai. They have over 11 dental centres in Chennai, Kancheepuram, Vellore and Thiruthani. Through word of mouth, we got contact of Dr. Devi, HR – Dentistree, who when spoken to agreed to help us out in conducting an awareness program for their staff.
As the centres are in different areas, an online awareness program was organized on May 17, 2022 afternoon. Around 16 representatives from each hospital along with the hospital staff participated and made the session a memorable one. The meeting began with Dr. Devi introducing the speaker, Ganesh C, Mohan Foundation. Then Mr. Ganesh briefly explained the concept of organ donation, transplantation, and effective usage of Organ Donation Helpline 1800 103 7100. He explained how to register as an organ donor and the value of a donor card. He further warned the audience that there are scams about living donor card and such messages etc should not be followed.
As per the request from MOHAN Foundation, Dentistree came forward to place our helpline number at their hospitals to create awareness. We sincerely thank the Dentistree Management for such a wonderful opportunity
