Ms. Veena and Ms. Febi represented MOHAN Foundation in an awareness program combined with a Blood Donation Campaign on March 24, 2010.
The program was split into two parts, one where Ms. Veena gave presentations on Organ Donation, which was attended by around 25-30 people. The second part was handled by Ms Febi where blood donors were counseled on Organ Donation.
Ms Veena made the presentation in three sessions, and there was good feedback from people who attended the sessions and the awareness talk by Ms Febi, as many came forward to pledge their organs. About 53 people pledged their organs and took Donor cards.
