Organ Donation awareness talk at KAAR Technology

• On 16^th October 2014 Organ Donation awareness talk was organized by Mr. Vinoth of  KAAR technology. He invited MOHAN Foundation to give a talk on the importance of organ donation in the Joy of Giving week. Ms. Sunitha, Transplant Coordinator from MOHAN Foundation conducted the interactive session on organ donation.

   

  She covered following topic like:

   

  1. Need for organ donation
  2. Concept of organ donation
  3. Natural Death, Brain Death and coma
  4. Transplantation of Human Organ Act 1994
  5. Donor Stories
  6. Myths on organ donation
  7. MOHAN Foundation website and helpline

   

  The participation level of the employees was very high and they came up with very impressive questions. Vote of thanks was given by Mr. Vinoth HR, KAAR Technology He also appreciated MOHAN Foundation for their excellent work in sensitizing the different stake holders on importance of organ donation.
