On December 23, 2022, MOHAN Foundation was given an opportunity by MOP Vaishanv College for Women to set an Information Desk on Organ DoThe venue was the Auditorium. Mr. Ganesh C, Marketing Coordinator, and Ms. Arshiya Fathima H, Helpline counselor, organized it with Green Ribbons, Information brochures, registration forms and a standee.
Through one to one interactions they educated every student on organ donation, brain death, transplantation, usage of helpline number 18000 103 7100 and safeguarding themselves from scams.
23 students visited the desk and supported organ donation and 4 students pledged their organ and picked a donor card. A special thanks to Management of the MOP College for Women for this wonderful opportunity to create awareness.
