Orientation on Organ Donation for Social Work Students at Mohamed Sathak College

  MOHAN Foundation conducted an Orientation on Organ Donation for the Social Work students at Mohamed Sathak College on 16^th July 2010.  The Transplant Coordinators of MOHAN Foundation conducted the programme. Ms.Veena gave a talk on organ Donation, Concept of Brain Death & Transplantation of Human Organs, Act 1994. Ms.Sujatha shared her experience in coordinating the organ donation process at Government General Hospital, Chennai and stories of Donors.

   

  All students and faculties (10 members) pledged for Donor Card and expressed their support for the noble cause. The head of Social Work Department thanked MOHAN Foundation for their Pioneering Work towards this Noble cause and have decided to carry this message to the whole college.
