MOHAN Foundation was invited to participate in the International Women’s Day Celebration at Lions Club and to install an awareness stall to promote organ donation on 8th March, 2015.
There were about 200 Lions club members that participated in the celebrations and visited our stall and have pledged to donate organs. All of them were distributed donor cards and information brochures on organ donation.
Ms. Shanti explained to the members about the importance of deceased organ donation, THO Act, myths about organ donation and the activities of MOHAN Foundation.
We thank Mr. Arun Kumar and all the Lions club members for participating in the event and Lions club for helping us in organizing this event to promote organ donation.
