An awareness talk on organ donation was conducted on 16.04.2018 by MOHAN Foundation Jaipur Citizen Forum (MFJCF) - Navjeevan team members for the villagers of Anatpura(J) Panchayat, Govindgarh, Jaipur
Mr. Govind Gurbani represented MFJCF- Navjeevan team.
Mrs. Manjulta Sharma (Sarpanch), Mr. Mamraj Sharma (General Secretary) along with 45 villagers attended the session and thanked MFJCF- Navjeevan for conducting such awareness campaign at Panchayat level.
Mr. Govind Gurbani described the concept of brain death and organ donation with the help of presentation and video based on organ donation.
During the session some questions were asked and answered by MFJCF -Navjeevan members.
1. How many organ donations have been done yet in Jaipur?
2. Who will pay the charges of hospital if family agrees to donate organs?
After the session 35 villagers took the donor cards and posed with message board ''I SUPPORT ORGAN DONATION''
