We believe that a successful deceased donation programme needs empowered transplant coordinators and knowledge is what enriches and empowers one. This year's conference focuses on new advancements and challenges in both recipient coordination and donor coordination as well as giving an opportunity to all transplant coordinators to present their achievements and experiences.

Sound ethics is the underpinning of transplant coordination and this year's Swamy Narayan Memorial Lecture addresses just that.
