Thank you so much for consenting to be our expert faculty at the Annual transplant coordinators' workshop on 20th and 21st August. Please send us a 10 lines brief resume of yourself at the earliest. May I request all the outstation faculty to please let us have your travel plans, so that we can make necessary transport arrangements.

Please know that we have booked the guest house at Administrative Staff College of India, Road No. 3, Banjara Hills, for your stay.

Accommodation (For Delegates)

Dear Delegate,

We thank you for your registration to the Annual Transplant Coordinators’ Workshop to be held on 20th and 21st August, 2010 at the auditorium of Care Hospitals, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad.

Your accommodation has been arranged at Sri Venkateshwara Hotel, Lakdikapul, Hyderabad. The hotel number is 040-2321 4403/2323 6871. This hotel is two kilometres from Hyderabad (Nampally) railway station, and 30 kilometres from Rajiv Gandhi International Airport, Hyderabad. As mentioned earlier, shared accommodation is being provided in an A/C room. Please ensure that you arrive by 7 am on 20th August, 2010, and have had your breakfast. We will pick you up at 8.30 am from your hotel.

August is a rainy month, it has been raining intermittently. You may want to carry an umbrella with you.

As this is a totally interactive workshop, we urge you to please participate in discussions fully. If you have any material that you would like to share or showcase at the workshop, please bring it along with you.
