The Organ Donation Awareness Session jointly organized by Kanara Saraswat Association and MOHAN Foundation proved to be a transformative event, shedding light on the importance of organ donation. Held on 9^thDecember 2023, the session featured compelling narratives from organ recipients, namely Ms.Jaya Jairam (kidney recipient), Mr. Anirudh Nansi (heart recipient), and Mr. Samir Halady (kidney recipient).

The session, attended by approximately 40 participants, served as a platform for the recipients to share their remarkable journeys. Ms. Jaya Jairam's touching account of her kidney transplant experience, along with Mr. Anirudh Nansi's story as a heart recipient, and Mr. Samir Halady's perspective as a kidney recipient, resonated with the audience, imparting a deep understanding of the life-changing impact of organ donation.

The event also featured informative presentations by representatives from MOHAN Foundation, providing participants with essential facts about organ donation, the process involved, and the critical role individuals can play in saving lives through their selfless contributions.
