On 15^th August, 2013 MOHAN Foundation, Bangalore joined hands with Equal Sky Club of Prestige Shantiniketan, Whitefield to organise an awareness session on organ donation for members of the club as well as for the residents of the complex.

Ms. Smeja Paul, Project Manager, MOHAN Foundation, Bangalore conducted the session. 3000 families had gathered to celebrate Independence Day along with the important members of the Club. They had organised a cultural event called ‘Azadi’ and in the midst of that programme they inserted the awareness session. Ms. Paul in her presentation covered the following topics: about organ donation, about the law governing organ donation and about the importance of signing the donor card. At the end; members of the Club distributed donor cards and directed the participants to log onto www.mohanfoundation.org for more details. All the members of the Club appreciated the efforts taken by MOHAN Foundation and promised to extend their support in promoting the cause.
