On August 16, 2023, M/s. Zetwerk's HR person Ms. Radhika Joshi invited Ms.Jaya Jairam of MOHAN Foundation to conduct an awareness talk for their employees. This is the second consecutive year of awareness initiative organised by Ms Radhika at Zetwerk. Ms. Radhika is a trained Volunteer with MOHAN Foundation and underwent training to become an 'Angel of Change', a few years ago.

Around 35 employees of Zetwerk participated in the interactive awareness talk. In a 45 minute interactive talk, Ms. Jaya shared about the concepts of organ donation, presented some statistics highlighting the poor organ donation rates in India and discussed a few of the common myths. She then went on to share her own story of how she received a life-saving kidney from her mother and thereafter decided to quit her corporate job, to join MOHAN Foundation in order to promote the cause.

Many shared in the chat box that they felt quite inspired with the talk. Ms. Radhika encouraged the employees to pledge their organs on MOHAN Foundation's website.

MOHAN Foundation conveys its sincere appreciation of its Angel of Change, Ms. Radhika, who has consistently worked for furthering the cause of organ donation since many years.
