On 20^th February 2023, Mrs. Praveen Mahajan, Ambassador, MOHAN Foundation and Resource person of HP Red Cross organized awareness talk on Organ Donation for the Employees of Belts India Pvt. Limited., Baddi, Himachal Pradesh. Around 27 participants attended the session.

In this talk, she explained the following points: -

• Organ donation and its need
• When and how does organ donation take place
• Organs that can be donated during life and after death
• The transplant waiting list in India
• Brain death
• Difference between brain and coma
• Contradictions to organ donation
• Transplant law
• Role of MOHAN Foundation
• Organ donation myths and facts

At the end, Mrs. Praveen Mahajan gave the vote of thanks. The entire group got motivated and convinced to support organ donation. They would love to share their wish with their families and also respect for the body after death.
