On 26^th August 2022, Mrs. Praveen Mahajan, Ambassador, MOHAN Foundation organised awareness talk on organ donation for the employees of Ambuja Cement, Darlaghat, Himachal Pradesh. Around 24 participants attended the session.

In this talk, she explained the following points: -

• When and how does organ donation take place
• Organs that can be donated during life and after death
• The transplant waiting list in India
• Brain death
• Difference between brain and coma
• Contradictions to organ donation
• Transplant law
• Role of MOHAN Foundation
• Organ donation myths and facts

At the end, Mrs. Praveen Mahajan gave the vote of thanks. She shared with the audience that she had signed up for organ donation and motivated the audience to pledge for the same. All of them took the donor Cards. They would love to share their wish with their families.
