Nagpur Shikhar, the Local Organization Member (LOM) of Junior Chamber International (JCI), a federation of young leaders and entrepreneurs, celebrated JCI Week from September 9^th-15^th. During these celebrations, Mr. Rahul Kamdi, Secretary of JCI Shikhar invited MOHAN Foundation to put up a stall to educate the JCI members about organ donation. Mr. Bulu Behera, Transplant Coordinator of MOHAN Foundation set up a stall on 13^th September 2021. The stall was equipped with banners, information brochures and donor cards.

Mr. Behera shared the following information with the stall visitors:

• Organ donation and tissue donation
• Difference between coma and brain death
• Difference between natural death and drain death
• The organ donation process
• Organs and tissues that can be donated after natural death and brain death
• Role of ZTCC
• Role of NOTTO, ROTTO and SOTTO in organ donation and transplantation
• Transplant Law
• MOHAN Foundation’ activities
• Importance of donor card
• Using MOHAN Foundation’s helpline number and website

Around 50 people visited the stall and 15 of them signed up as organ donors. MOHAN Foundation thanks JCI Nagpur Shikhar for the opportunity.
