On October 30, 2012 an awareness session on organ donation was conducted by Dr Muneet Sahi in the corporate office of Feedback Infrastructure Pvt Ltd, Gurgaon. The session was organized by the HR team as part of the "Fitness Week," being observed across all their offices in India. The talk was video conferenced to other locations at Gandhinagar(Gujarat) and Mumbai, as MOHAN Foundation does not have a local branch there. Due to technical problems, part of the talk could not be accessed by other locations. Hence the HR team decided to share the presentation with those employees, along with the fliers and donor cards.

About 35 employees from different departments attended the talk. At the end of the session queries on organ sharing, eye donation contact number and hospitals in Delhi-NCR doing transplantation were aptly handled. Few employees pledged their organs through the organ donor cards and also took extra for their family members.
