On the occasion of the birth anniversary of freedom fighter Subhash Chandra Bose, MOHAN Foundation was invited to conduct an awareness session on Organ Donation Dr. Sanjeev Kulkarni had extended the invitation and organised the event at Gandhi Prathishtan Hall in Dharwad on 23rd January 2020.

MOHAN Foundation was represented by Mrs. Sheetal Mundada. The following were the topics discussed:

• Brain Stem Death
• Circulatory Death
• Jeevasarthakathe and its role
• Organ allocation system in Karnataka
• The Burden of Organ failure & need for organ donation
• Importance of a Donor Card

Around 35 people attended the session. MOHAN Foundation is thankful for the opportunity and appreciates Dr. Kulkarni’s commitment to the cause.
