On 11^th August 2019, MOHAN Foundation was invited by Borivili Medical Brotherhood (BMB) to attend their Annual Day event, themed ‘Yeh Dil Mange More….Aha 3’ at Prabhodhankar Thackarey Auditorium, Borivali.

Most of the Hospitals from Borivali, Mira – Bhayander locality participated in the celebration. Doctors were part of various dance, drama and stand-up comedy performances. The event highlighted the cause of organ donation and violence against doctors showcased in a skit format, performed by doctors.

Dr. Narendra Kumar, through a presentation, showed the journey of Borivili Medical Brotherhood, an association of doctors of Borivali and Mira – Bhayander locality which was founded in 1963. MOHAN Foundation was recognised as the Best Performing Non-Governmental Organization for promoting deceased organ donation and transplantation.

Mrs. Jaya Jairam (Project Manager - Mumbai) received and ‘Appreciation Award’ on behalf of MOHAN Foundation. She shared stage with Dr. Umesh Khanna from Amar Gandhi Foundation that works for prevention and control of kidney Disease.
