On 30^th October 2018, Dr. Sunil Shroff, Managing Trustee, Dr. Hemal Kanvinde, Quality Assurance Officer, Ms. Sujatha Suriyamoorthi, Manager Information Systems and Ms. Pavithra. R, Research Assistant from MOHAN Foundation received the medal and certificate from India Book of Records as presented by Honourable Governor of Tamil Nadu Shri. Banwarilal Purohit and dedicated by Dr.K. Jayanth Murali IPS at Raj Bhavan, Chennai.

Dr. K. Jayanth Murali IPS, Director Vigilance and Anti-corruption, Tamil Nadu, has been wholeheartedly supporting the cause of organ donation and has a long standing association with MOHAN Foundation. Earlier this year, on July 22 2018, Dr. Jayanth took up the monumental feat of running the Dream Runners Half Marathon with duct taped mouth throughout the run to create awareness towards organ donation. With the completion of the half-marathon on above described terms, he succeeded in creating a new India Book of Records. As a special gesture towards the cause of organ donation, Dr. Jayanth dedicated the achieved record to MOHAN Foundation in the presence of Honourable Governor of Tamil Nadu at Raj Bhavan, Chennai.

Dr. Jayanth IPS and representatives of the MOHAN Foundation recorded their sincere thanks to Honourable Governor of TN for presenting them with the India Book of Records and discussed the cause of organ donation at length. All in all, it was a pleasant morning at the Raj Bhavan filled with a sense of content.
