On 8th March 2018 at the occasion of World Kidney day and International Women's D​ay MOHAN Foundation Jaipur Citizen's Forum (MFJCF)​-Navjeevan team conducted an awareness talk on organ donation at Eternal Hospital, Malviya Nagar, Jaipur.

More than 120 people including Donor family, Paramedical staff, Lions Club women members and Recipients families attended the session and got benefited.

 

Mr. P.C. Jain, Mrs. Kamla Choudhary and Mr. Pavan Kumar Dubey represented the MFJCF-Navjeevan team.

Ms. Manju Sharma, Director EHCC Hospital, Dr. A.K.Sharma, Dr. Ravi Sharma, Dr. Rajesh Garsa and para medical staff members welcomed MFJCF-Navjeevan team members and appreciated their efforts for organ donation.

MFJCF-Navjeen team members described the concept of Organ Donation and Brain Death with help of presentation.

During the session Audience asked the question like

1.       Is there any transplant centre in Rajasthan other than Jaipur?

2.       How to keep my kidney healthy?

3.       How much time does doctor take to transplant a heart?

 

All the satisfactory answers were given by MFJCF-Navjeevan members and EHCC team.  After the programme Ms. Manju Sharma thanked MFJCF-Navjeevan team.

 

After the session the aaudience took the Donor cards and posed with message board ''I SUPPORT ORGAN DONATION''.
