Dr. Madhukar Parchand special duty incharge of Super Specialty Hospital invited MOHAN Foundation to speak about organ donation to the outpatients at his hospital. On 6^th February 2018 Mr. Bulu Behera Transplant coordinator, set up the stall where MOHAN Foundation displayed information brochures, donor card, standees and a banner.

Information given to outpatients:

v  Type of deaths

v  What can be donated after brain death, after Natural Death and while living.

v  How and where is waitlist for organ failure patient

v  MOHAN Foundation activities

v  Helpline number, MOHAN Foundation website and value of donor card

33 patients & relatives visited the stall. After understanding about organ donation, 15 patients & relatives took consent form & 2 patients signed consent form & took the donor cards, other will sign consent form after discussing with their family.
