On 25^th July 2015, MOHAN Foundation was invited by Dr. Saraswathi of Bangalore Medical College to conduct an awareness session at Kanakapura Municipal First Grade College.

Ms. Akshata of MOHAN Foundation spoke about the importance of deceased organ donation, religious and cultural barriers involved with organ donation & eye donation, concept of brain death and myths surrounding organ donation. There were more than 400 students that participated in the event and were distributed information brochures and were distributed donor cards.

We thank Dr. Saraswathi for giving us this opportunity to promote organ donation and all the students for their active participation.
