An awareness talk on organ donation was conducted at Saral Satya School, Barota, Karnal, Haryana, under the guidance of Ambassador Dr. Neena on March 12, 2026. The session was attended by around 10 school staff and aimed to sensitize school staff about the importance of organ donation as a life-saving act.

• Myths and facts surrounding organ donation

The session was highly interactive, with participants enthusiastically engaging in discussions and raising thoughtful questions. A remarkable outcome was that all attendees expressed their willingness to donate organs, reflecting the effectiveness of the awareness drive.

At the conclusion, Dr. Neena delivered a heartfelt vote of thanks. Notably, all teachers collected donor cards, committing to share their decision with their families — a crucial step in ensuring their wishes are honored.
