On March 24, 2025, an organ donation awareness session was conducted at the RTO Office, Wadala, Mumbai to educate participants about the importance of organ donation and the opportunity to pledge organs during the driving licence application process.

The session focused on key topics such as brain death, cardiac death, age criteria for organ donation, and the life-saving impact of organ donation. The participants were also informed about the significance of making an organ donation pledge and how such a decision can offer hope and a second chance at life to many patients in need of transplants.

The session was well received, with participants listening attentively and engaging in the discussion. The programme proved to be both informative and meaningful, helping to create awareness and encourage positive thinking about organ donation.

Around 70 people attended the awareness session.
