On February 21, 2026, MOHAN Foundation was invited by Nagar Palika Alyali, Palghar to conduct an awareness session for the general public.

During the session, Prachiti Mali explained the concepts of eye donation, corneal blindness, precautions, causes, and age limits for donation. The legal aspects related to eye donation and common myths were also discussed in detail.

A total of 30 members of the general public attended the session. Some attendees pledged for eye donation. The session was interactive, and participants asked various queries regarding eligibility, the procedure after death, and the time frame for eye donation.

MOHAN Foundation is thankful to Nagar Palika Alyali, Palghar for joining hands and supporting the cause of organ donation by helping raise awareness in the community.
