On January 19, 2026, MOHAN Foundation, Nagpur, set up an Organ Donation Information Desk at Dr. Madhukarrao Wasnik P.W.S. Arts and Commerce College, Nagpur, during college Annual Exhibition with the objective of creating awareness about organ and body donation among students, staff, and visitors.

During the activity, Ms. Neha Sailwar & Ms. Veena Wathore represented MOHAN Foundation and managed the information desk. She interacted with the visitors and provided detailed information on organ donation, its importance, and the process of taking an organ donation pledge. She also explained the body donation process, addressing queries and clearing common misconceptions related to donation.

Around 15 visitors visited the information desk and actively engaged in discussions. Interested individuals were guided step by step on how to take the pledge, and informational brochures were distributed to support awareness and understanding.

Additionally, contact details were collected from interested participants to facilitate future awareness sessions and follow-up activities. The information desk created a positive platform for open dialogue and community engagement on the topic of organ donation.
