On December 18, 2025, Jaya Jairam was invited by Altius Telecom Infrastructure to conduct a webinar on organ donation awareness for its employees.

The session was conducted in an interactive online format and witnessed enthusiastic participation, with over 100 employees attending the webinar. Ms. Jaya Jairam spoke about the critical need for organ donation in India, dispelled common myths and misconceptions, and highlighted how timely organ donation can save multiple lives. She also emphasized the role of informed individuals and responsible organizations in promoting a culture of organ donation.

The webinar included a dedicated question-and-answer segment, during which employees actively engaged with the speaker. Some of the questions raised by the audience included:

• Is there an age limit or medical condition that disqualifies a person from organ donation?

• Does organ donation delay funeral rites or disfigure the body?

• Does the family member of an organ donor get preference on the waiting list if they were to need an organ in future?

The session concluded with a call to action encouraging participants to discuss organ donation with their families and consider pledging their organs. The webinar was well received and contributed meaningfully to increasing awareness and positive attitudes towards organ donation among Altius Telecom Infrastructure employees.
