On December 22, 2025, MOHAN Foundation’s Ms. Prachiti Mali delivered an awareness session at the Primary Health Centre for the general public.

During the session, Ms. Prachiti Mali explained the concepts of eye donation, corneal blindness, necessary precautions, causes, and the age limit for eye donation. The legal aspects related to eye donation and common myths were also discussed in detail to clear misconceptions among the participants.

A total of 68 members of the general public attended the session. Out of them, 13 individuals pledged their eyes for donation. The session was interactive, and several queries related to eye donation were addressed.

MOHAN Foundation is thankful to the Primary Health Centre for joining hands and supporting the cause of organ donation by helping raise awareness among the public.
