On October 26, 2025, MOHAN Foundation, Uttarakhand attended a prayer meeting held at Gurudwara Shri Singh Sabha to pay tribute to the memory of tissue donor Shri Keemti Lal Sondhi. The invitation was extended by Mr. Neeraj Sondhi, son of the late donor. Representing the Foundation were Mr. Sanchit Arora (Project Leader) and Mr. Arun Sharma (Program Executive, Uttarakhand).

The meeting commemorated the life of Shri Keemti Lal Sondhi (84 years), who passed away due to cardiac arrest at Government Hospital, Ambala. In a compassionate gesture, his family consented to donate his corneas. The donation was coordinated by MOHAN Foundation and Lions Club Rishikesh Devbhoomi in association with the Rishikesh Eye Bank, AIIMS Rishikesh.

During the gathering, Mr. Sanchit Arora spoke about the significance of eye donation and its profound ability to restore sight and transform lives. On behalf of the Foundation, a certificate of appreciation was presented to the family in recognition of their noble and selfless act.

MOHAN Foundation expresses its heartfelt gratitude to the family of Shri Keemti Lal Sondhi for their generosity and compassion. Nearly 80 attendees joined the prayer meeting to honour and celebrate his legacy.
