On October 24, 2025, in the afternoon, an Organ Donation Awareness and Counselling Session was conducted at the Dialysis Spoke Centre, Government Area Hospital, Jagityal District, Telangana.

The session was led by Dr. Bhanu Prakash, Transplant Coordinator from the MOHAN Foundation, along with the nephrology department team from Gandhi Hospital. The team counselled and educated dialysis patients on the importance of organ donation and the benefits of kidney transplantation.

Patients were informed about the organ registration process, allowing them to register for kidney transplantation at Gandhi Government Hospital, free of cost.

Around 40 dialysis patients participated in the session. They actively engaged in the discussion, cleared their doubts, and showed interest in registering for organ donation and transplantation.
