To raise awareness about the critical need for eye donation and vision restoration, the Shantilal Shanghvi Eye Institute (SSEI), organised its ‘Miles for Sight’ cyclothon on Sep 6, 2025. This was done in association with Smart Commute Foundation; Cycle Chala, City Bacha; and BYCS, a group promoting cycling and cycling infrastructure.

 The ride began at Five Gardens, Dadar, and concluded at SSEI in Wadala East. Organ Donation Ambassadors of Mumbai, Mr Ajit Rewadkar and Mr Hemant Binnani as well as young Mr Hritam Rewadkar participated in this Eye donation Awareness Cyclothon. More than 200 people suported the cause in the cyclothon.
