On September 9, 2025, MOHAN Foundation organized an awareness program on organ donation at Chachu Hospital, West Tripura. The session was conducted for doctors, nurses, and other hospital staff.

The Foundation was represented by Mr. Vincent Debbarma (Project Lead, Tripura) and Ms. Nipa Modak (Program Executive, Tripura).

The program began at 2:00 pm with a welcome address by Mr. Vincent, who also delivered a detailed talk on organ donation. He introduced MOHAN Foundation and its mission, explained the concept and significance of organ donation, types of donors, and the organs and tissues that can be donated. He further discussed brain death, coma, and corneal donation, while highlighting key provisions of the Transplantation of Human Organs and Tissues Act, 1994. Informational leaflets on organ donation were also distributed to participants.

A total of 12 participants attended the session.
