On September 3, 2025, MOHAN Foundation organised an awareness program on organ donation in collaboration with the Institute of Nursing Science (INS), Durjoynagar, Agartala, West Tripura. The session was conducted for the nursing students and teaching faculty of INS.

Mr. Vincent Debbarma (Project Lead, Tripura) and Ms. Nipa Modak (Program Executive, Tripura) represented MOHAN Foundation during the event.

The program commenced at 2:30 PM in the INS program hall. Mr. Vincent welcomed the participants and delivered a talk on organ donation, introducing MOHAN Foundation and its mission. He explained the concept and importance of organ donation, types of donors, and the organs and tissues that can be donated. He also elaborated on brain death, coma, and corneal donation, while highlighting key provisions of the Transplantation of Human Organs and Tissues Act, 1994. Informational leaflets on organ donation were distributed among participants.
