Organ Donation Awareness Desk & Pledge Drive at GMC Auditorium, Nagpur

On August 10, 2025, MOHAN Foundation, Nagpur, was invited by Dr. Gayatri Sabne to set up an

Organ Donation Awareness Desk in conjunction with a quiz competition held at the GMC

Auditorium, Nagpur. Representing the Foundation, Ms. Bhagyashree and Ms. Veena Wathore

facilitated the awareness activities. The desk provided information about organ donation and

encouraged participants to come forward and pledge their support.

The event was honored by the visit of Dean Dr. Raj Gajbhiye, who interacted with the team and

showed his support for the cause. Dr. Subhrajit Dasgupta also took the pledge for organ donation.

Both dignitaries actively participated in the pledge drive by signing the pledge forms.

A total of 100 students were present in the auditorium for the quiz competition and had the

opportunity to engage with the awareness desk.
