On March 5, 2025 Mr. Sachin recently conducted an enlightening organ donation awareness session at SSGH in collaboration with the students of Nupur Nursing College. A total of 44 enthusiastic participants attended the session, which aimed to educate and inspire the youth about the life-saving potential of organ donation.

During the session, Mr. Sachin shed light on the critical importance of organ donation in saving lives and improving the quality of life for recipients. He explained the different types of death—brain death and cardiac death—and how each relates to organ donation. The discussion also covered the types of donors, including living and deceased donors, emphasizing that anyone, regardless of age or background, can choose to be a donor. Mr. Sachin highlighted the urgent need for increased awareness and dispelled common myths and misconceptions surrounding organ donation.

The session was highly engaging and interactive, with students actively participating and asking insightful questions. It not only enhanced their understanding but also motivated them to become advocates for this noble cause. Through such awareness programs, the hope is to build a more informed and compassionate society.
