On 30^th January 2024, Mr. Subash Chandra Sarangi, Ambassador, MOHAN Foundation, conducted an awareness session for the faculty and non-teaching staff  of Vidya Vardhak College of Engineering, Mysuru.

Mr. Subash Chandra Sarangi began the session with the following topics were explained in details:

• Organ donation and its need
• Organs that can be donated during life and after death
• The time factor for donation and transplantation
• Brain death, Difference between brain and coma
• Transplant law
• Myths and Facts about organ donation

 Overall the session was very interactive where participants enthusiastically contributed to the discussions and asked many questions. More than 60 participants attended the session.
