Dear Transplant Coordinator,

This is to inform you that the 7th Annual Transplant Coordinators' Workshop jointly organised by MOHAN Foundation and the National Association of Transplant Coordinators will be held at the auditorium of Sunshine Hospital, Hyderabad, on 22nd and 23rd August, 2014.

The theme of this workshop is "Caring for Organ Donor families". The aim of this workshop is to discuss how we can help our organ donor families, before organ retrieval, at the time of organ donation, and post organ donation. I am sure all of our voices will get unified when we talk about postmortem and the consequent delays in handing over the body after donation. Also, there are issues pertaining to dealing with grief and certain economic issues of donor families which goes unnoticed or under-served.

We want to make this workshop interactive, enriching,result oriented and fun filled. I would like to request each one of you to please pass the information about this workshop to your professional colleagues, and attend this workshop without fail. We have made arrangements for your stay for two days at Venkateswara Lodge in the heart of Hyderabad.
