THE MINISTER OF HEALTH AND FAMILY WELFARE (SHRI JAGAT PRAKASH NADDA)

(a) to (c): No.

However, the Government of India has approved the National Organ Transplant Programme for which a provision of Rs. 149.5 Crore has been made for 12th Five year plan. Out of this, Rs. 28.186 Crore is earmarked for Information, Education and Communication activities on organ donation. The Central Government has spent Rs. 4.68 lakh on this activity during 2013-14.
