Multi Organ Harvesting Aid Network (MOHAN) is a charitable non- governmental organization that depends on contributions from philanthropists to serve the community. It has been doing pioneering work in the field of organ donation and transplantation in India for the past six years. Through its offices in Chennai, Hyderabad and Mumbai it has been involved with over 500 public meetings and distributed over 150,000 brochures, Donor cards and patient information booklets free of cost. We, on the request of patient and some of the well-wishers of the foundation, have also helped patients to obtain subsidized medicines for their treatment.Contribution from you will be acknowledged in our quarterly newsletter called “Indian Transplant Newsletter” (unless you wish otherwise). This newsletter is sent to over 2000 doctors, medical libraries and well-wishers every quarter.
Any kind of contribution is welcome. We also have various schemes into which you can contribute. They are enlisted as follows:

• If you contribute US $150 or Rs 8000/- .One patient can receive free dialysis for a month or one a patient can receive free post-transplantation medication free for a month.

• If you contribute US $200 or Rs.10,000/- 2000 brochures of 3 to 4 pages bearing your name or your company's name will be printed for free distribution on one of the following subjects of your choice. Click here to view subject.

• If you contribute US $300 or Rs.15,000/- 1000 booklets of 10 pages bearing your name or your company's name will be printed for free distribution on one of the following subjects of your choice: Click here to view subject. 

• If you contribute US $500 or Rs.25,000/- - 10,000 “DONOR CARDS” and brochures will acknowledge your name on them. 

• If you contribute US $600/- or Rs. 30,000/- one issue of the “Indian Transplant Newsletter” will be dedicated to you. 

• If you contribute US $700 or Rs.35,000/- the Foundation will employ one grief counselor for emotional support of kidney failure patients for 6 months. 

• If you contribute US $800 or Rs. 40,000/- . One patient can receive free dialysis for 6 months or receive free post-transplantation medication free for 6 months. 

• If you contribute US $1000/- or Rs,50,000 the foundation will erect a hoarding with a message of organ donation in the city of Chennai for a month acknowledging your name or your company's name. 

• If you contribute US $2,500 or Rs. 1.25 Lakhs one patient can receive a free transplant from a related donor.

  MOHAN Foundation has an 80G Tax exemption and hence all contributions are partly exempt from Income Tax .
